Kimberly A. Guida is an Associate Director for Merck managing the North America Meeting Operations Organization as well as the Vice President of A Better Way Financial. At Merck, she is responsible for working with the global Meetings Management team, contributing to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational strategies, policies and practices. At A Better Way Financial, Kimberly brings her corporate skills and experience to the family business. She assists Frank in the planning and development of the company’s strategies as well as supports many logistics for the events and seminars A Better Way Financial organizes.

Terri Powell is the Director of Business Development and Marketing for ABCO of Northampton, LLC., a full service title insurance company. She is responsible for the design and implementation of marketing and sales strategies. With over 15 years’ experience, she has held key leadership and managerial positions in sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
